Langsi Abel, Former Mayor of Bafut
The former Mayor of Bafut Council, Langsi Abel has spent his fifth night in Amba captivity.
The local population recounts that the former Mayor was kidnapped exactly five days ago and nothing has been heard of him.
His family has not been contacted and no demands have been made.
Langsi Abel was last seen donating books and other school going equipment to some orphans in Bafut under the Langsi Foundation on Wednesday November 13, 2024. On Friday, he was picked up at the premises of the Bafut District hospital where he went to visit a patient.
Langsi Abel has been staying in Bafut for sometime now and it's unclear as to why he was kidnapped.
