Members of the North West Youth Parliamentary Network have honoured the works of Senator Professor Nebah Ndosiri Ndoye during the remarkable second edition of her excellence award.
The youth MPs were categorical that her support since the first edition in 2023 has empowered more children not only to be in school but to study very hard to emerge on honours roll.
Led by their coordinator Hon Etoh Anzah Herbert, the young MPs encouraged the senator not to relent in her quest to promote quality inclusive education for all.
The award read; "For your continuous strides in promoting sustainable Development Goal number 4 on Quality Education for children and Youths of the North West."
Trophy won by Mezam during the Youth and sports Holiday Jamboree
The young persons did not relent in expressing their gratitude to the Senator for financial and material support received during the just ended North West Youth and Sports Jamboree which Mezam Division won prizes in several disciplines.
One of the trophies were presented to the Senator and a traditional cap and bag. This, as a symbol for her to look for more resources to empower them.
In her characteristic smiles, Senator Nebah Ndosiri Ndoye thanked them for such a wonderful initiative, taking the commitment to always stand by the youths in their quest for empowerment.
The goal-getter asked to do more for young people
The young MPs witnessed with much joy and delight as over 50 young persons received cash gifts for their outstanding results at the just ended National exams.
