Hon Ngalah Gerard
The member of Parliament for Nkambe central constituency, Honourable Ngala Gerard has been awarded as the Most patriotic and best community mobilizer.
Works done by the MP have been visible on the ground. It is without saying that his campaign for effective school going in Nkambe and Donga Mantung has been the Hallmark.
Noted for empowering school going children, women and youth, the award falls squarely to the activities of Hon Ngala Gerard who has been consistent in fostering local development, community engagement and community participation.
A jury led by Bar Akere Muna and consisting of HRM Nfon Mukete IV of Kumba and Peace crusader Esther Omam found the works of Hon Ngala Gerard as remarkable.
While handing the award to him, he was called upon to continue shining the light to the people of his constituency.

His outstanding works were recognized by the Cameroon English Language Newspapers Publishers Association, CENPA.
In its maiden award night held in Yaounde, Thursday July 25th, 2024, Hon Ngala Gerard was encouraged to continue his fight against insurrection and be the torch bearer of Nkambe.
