Final lap of the Cyclists tour
Following the promise made during the end of the first lap of the 22nd Chantal Biya International Cycling Tour in Garoua on October 3rd to support Cameroonian athletes in the tournament, Cameroon Telecommunication giants CAMTEL with its Blue brand has donated a Blue Jersey, an envelope containing the sum of 250,000 FCFA and a Blue cap to the leading Cameroonian cyclist Clovis Kamzong Abessolo of SNH VÉLO CLUB.
Elite of the South Region
The donation was handed over by the Director General of CAMTEL Judith Yah Sunday Saturday October 8, 2022 at the close of the Sangmelima-Meyomessala stage of the race in the South Cameroon region. The Chantal Biya International Cycling Grand Prix, France came first in the General Classification followed by Slovakia then host country Cameroon as third. As for the day's stage to Meyomessala the first five award-winning cyclists first came from Algeria followed by France, third Algeria, Slovakia fourth and Holland fifth.

Throughout the competition, the Blue brand which is a commercial brand of CAMTEL in charge of the marketing of fixed, mobile and internet services of CAMTEL to users ensured a major mobilization in terms of logistics and Human Resources as well as beautified the varies cities hosting the tournament. This therefore confirmed its place as leader in sponsoring this International cycling tour.

The Chantal Biya Cycling Tour is considered to be, one of the most ranked cycling event in Africa, by the International Cycling Federation. This year’s edition began in the Northern region of Cameroon Garoua on October third and lasted till Saturday October 8, 2022 in the South Region of Cameroon.
