Former Mayor, Bamenda II Council

The death of the former Mayor of the Bamenda II Council, Balick Awa Fidelis has been announced

Sources close to the family hold that he suffered from a malaise and died shortly after

Balick Awa Fidelis is the pioneer Mayor of Bamenda II subdivision. A position he held from 2007 to 2020 that's13 years before his demise this July 19th 2020

Before serving the Bamenda II Council, he previously served as President of Azire cooperative credit Union and President of the Cameroon cooperative credit union League, CamCCUL

The late Mayor was a teacher's trainer and politician of exceptional repute

His demise adds to several SDF bigwigs who have given the way in the last one year. The Honourable Joseph Banadzem, Honourable Joseph Mbah Ndam and Barrister Sama Francis have all fallen into the cold hands of death

He will be remembered as the initiator of project 'small money big change' within his Council area
