The Mayor of Tubah, Tanjong Martin has called on the people of his Subdivision to respect all 13 measures put in place by Government to curb the spread of the coronavirus in Cameroon
The Mayor was speaking during the launch of a Campaign to fight against the spread of the virus Friday April 3 in Bambili
100 containers of hydro alcoholic solutions were distributed. The solution will be used as hand sanitizers
"forget about the anglophone crisis , forget problems in the municipality, forget about your family Problems the only problem we have now is COVID-19 and to fight it we need to come out as one man," Tanjong added

The solution has been placed at strategic places in Bambili. At the University of Bamenda, the Fon's palace, major quarters, markets and public areas
Tubah Divisional officer, Alim Garga reiterated all 13 measures put in place by the Prime Minister to contain the virus. Adding his voice to the Mayor, additional measures have been put in place
Burials and weddings have been discouraged during this period. Entrances to public and private places must have either water with soap or hand sanitizers
Dr Cornelius Chebo, District Medical officer of Tubah, used the launch to teach the people how to properly wash their hands that should not last less than 50 seconds
The three remaining villages will receive the alcoholic solution in the days ahead
