The Minister Delegate at the Ministry of External Relations in charge of the Commonwealth, Mbayu Felix has challenged the population of Bamenda to come out in their numbers and vote if they really want change
The Minister made the pronouncement shortly after casting his vote at the Government Primary School, old town Bamenda.
"You can't be expecting change and want someone else to bring it. You cannot lock yourself home and expect change" Minister Mbayu added
The Minister looking confident, saluted the Constitutional council for it's decision, " we came back because every Cameroonian has the right to respect the laws and the Institutions of the Republic. We are ready to come back as many times as possible."
The Minister also applauded the defense and security forces who according to him have ensured that the process goes on hitch free
